Choose a Pump
This is the 'heart' of any pond system and needs to run 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. There are two types - submersible or surface. We strongly advise you use a low wattage pump. Certain filter systems can be run on low wattage pumps, others require a pressure type pump. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU CONSIDER THE RUNNING COSTS OF THE PUMP BEFORE DECIDING ON A FILTER SYSTEM. Here at SWM Aquatics we are trying to be as eco friendly/cost efficient as possible.
