The range of food available is extensive! We do not promote any particular brand as this is the fish-keeper's personal choice. We would however recommend a high protein food be fed at temperatures above 50 deg F and a wheatgerm based/low protein food to be fed below this temperature. DO NOT OVERFEED: if they do not eat the food within 5 minutes clear it. The food offered for sale on our site is highly recommended.
HOT TIP : If you ask your neighbours to feed your fish while away on holiday bag each feed in separate plastic bags. This will prevent overfeeding. Vary the fish' diet i.e. silkworm pupae, brown bread, oranges, prawns and other treats.
