HANDLING & DELIVERY

Delivery of all our UK mainland orders is by Royal Mail or courier and is not included in the price of the product unless stated.  Please note certain couriers require parcels to be signed for, but we cannot accept responsibility for non receipt  in the event of no-one available to sign for package.  

At time of ordering customers can leave alternative delivery address where some-one would be available to sign for delivery.  Customers are notified by card of non-delivery and it is customer's responsibility to arrange with courier for re-delivery.  We will normally send goods out within 48hrs. (Collection available on all goods by prior arrangement.)  If an item is out of stock you will be notified and given an expected delivery date.

Only UK approved goods are supplied but not on a trial basis, please check compatibility prior to purchase.  If within 7 days of purchase you decide goods are unsuitable please contact us to arrange return (goods must be returned in manufacturer's original packaging if that is how they were supplied) and we will refund the item on receipt of the goods minus any carriage costs.  Please also note that there may be a 15% restocking charge for non-faulty items.  It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that goods are returned suitably packaged, using a method whereby proof of delivery can be obtained if required.  The original delivery charge will not be refunded against non-faulty goods.  Returns not complying with these terms will be refused. All damaged goods must be notified within 24 hours.
