Terms and Conditions
HANDLING & DELIVERY
Delivery of all our UK mainland orders is by Royal Mail or courier and is not included in the price of the product , unless stated. We will normally send your purchase within 48hrs or collected in person. If an item is out of stock you will be notified and given an expected delivery date. ALL PRICES SHOWN ARE PLUS VAT.
GUARANTEE
Only UK approved goods are supplied but not on a trial basis, please check compatibility prior to purchase. If within 7 days of purchase, but BEFORE opening the product, you decide it is unsuitable please contact us to arrange return and we will refund the item on receipt of the goods minus any carriage costs. Please also note that there may be a 15% restocking charge for non-faulty items. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that goods are returned suitably packaged, using a method whereby proof of delivery can be obtained if required. The original delivery charge will not be refunded against non-faulty goods. Returns not complying with these terms will be refused. All damaged goods must be notified within 3 working days of receipt.
